These are sites that have been denied from the possibility of getting a conga for one of many reasons. Some are points-based sites and do not fit our referral-based conga model. Others are new sites from companies we have decided to be fraudulent in nature. Some are simply just multiple URL's entered for the same site and this was not the original URL entered.
